It depends on the service you have contracted. If you prefer, you can request that the chef bring everything you need. There may be an extra cost for this option.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards, debit cards and secure bank transfers.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Yes, we understand that plans can change, but due to the planning and preparation of our chefs, we apply the following cancellation policy:

✔ Cancellations with at least 7 days notice → 50% of the total payment is refunded.
✔ Cancellations within 24 hours prior to service → No refund, 100% of the service is charged.

Reservation Modifications: If you need to change the date or details of the service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you, please note that there may be additional charges.

Yes! At MonJoule we prioritize your safety and the quality of service. To ensure a safe and reliable experience, we have the following protocols in place:
