Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to any of our plans (Gold, Platinum or Black) , you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully.

1. GENERALITIES

MonJoule Membership is a subscription program that offers exclusive benefits on dining experiences and private chef services.

Subscription is available in three levels: Gold, Platinum and Black , each with different benefits.

Membership is personal and non-transferable.

2. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

The subscription is purchased through the official MonJoule platform.

Renewal is automatic unless the user cancels the subscription before the billing date.

MonJoule reserves the right to modify rates and benefits, giving at least 30 days' notice.

3. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Subscribers will receive benefits based on their membership level , including discounts, priority bookings and exclusive events.

Benefits are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Some benefits may require advance reservations and be limited to certain dates or locations.

Benefits unlocked from the second year: Beginning with the second year of continuous membership, subscribers will be able to access additional exclusive benefits, such as deeper discounts and private events. These benefits will be detailed on the MonJoule platform and will be subject to availability.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

The subscription can be cancelled at any time from the MonJoule platform.

No refunds will be made for months already charged.

If the user cancels his/her subscription, the benefits will remain valid until the end of the paid period.

5. PROPER USE OF MEMBERSHIP

MonJoule reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership in the event of misuse, fraud or non-compliance with the terms.

Any attempt to resell or transfer benefits may result in immediate termination of membership.

6. RESPONSIBILITY AND MODIFICATIONS

MonJoule is not responsible for chef cancellations, availability changes or force majeure events.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be notified in advance.
